Welcome to Holy Homes Australia. By visiting our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Products

Holy Homes Australia creates faith-inspired products including sleepwear, fabrics, stationery, artwork and other home and lifestyle items.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate. Please note that colours and product appearances may vary slightly due to differences in screens, lighting and device settings.

2. Colour & Fabric Variations

Our designs are printed across a variety of fabric bases. Due to the nature of textile printing, there may be slight colour variations between different fabric types (for example, cotton and bamboo fabrics), as each fabric absorbs and displays colour differently.

We have found these differences to be very subtle, including when pieces are worn together and photographed as family sets. However, if you are wanting the closest possible colour match across multiple items, we recommend selecting styles made from the same fabric base.

Small colour differences between fabric bases or production batches are considered normal and do not indicate a fault.

3. Sleepwear Safety & Product Use

Holy Homes Australia products are designed to be used for their intended purpose and should always be used with appropriate care and supervision.

Please follow all care labels, safety labels and instructions provided with your product.

Children’s sleepwear should always be kept away from fire and heat sources. As with all garments and textile products, customers are responsible for ensuring items are used safely and appropriately.

Holy Homes Australia is not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by misuse of products, failure to follow care and safety instructions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Preorder Items

Some Holy Homes Australia products are available for preorder.

When purchasing a preorder item, payment is made at checkout to secure your item before production or arrival.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. While we do everything possible to meet these estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing, shipping, customs or circumstances outside our control.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Please check preorder information carefully before purchasing.

5. Fabric By The Metre

Fabric purchased by the metre is custom cut according to your order quantity.

Due to the nature of printed textiles, minor variations in colour, scale, placement and print batches may occur.

Please check fabric type, quantity and measurements carefully before ordering.

6. Orders & Payments

Please ensure all order details, including sizing, shipping information and product selections, are correct before completing checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in circumstances including stock errors, incorrect information or website errors.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy.

Items must meet the requirements outlined in our Returns Policy to be eligible.

8. Intellectual Property

All Holy Homes Australia artwork, illustrations, patterns, designs, photography, branding and content remain the property of Holy Homes Australia.

Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

9. Website Information

While we aim to keep all information accurate and updated, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct product information, pricing, availability or other details where necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Holy Homes Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
