Refund policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including if you:

  • Change your mind after purchasing
  • Order the incorrect size
  • Decide you no longer want the item

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, pet hair, odours, or other signs of wear
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items to Holy Homes Australia.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Items

As our pre-order collections are produced based on customer demand, we are unable to accept cancellations once a pre-order has been placed.

Please carefully review sizing information before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
